Starcraft 2 Coming soon

StarCraft II is round the corner and will be released by year end 2008 as per sources. This game is going to succeed StarCraft I keeping all the previous feature fun alive along with new advanced features which are rocking hard. The games is right now going through beta phase and is expected to be released in Korean or rather Asian market for the most fun as Asia is still biggest seller for any game ever launched around the world and for blizzard’s StarCraft as well.

StarCraft 2 goes an extra mile continuing on the same story they left in part 1 with an introduction to new race they named Kerrigan. So now the new game is going to have 4 races altogether adding that extra spice which was mostly missed in the first part. The new race is going to have new characters and more special effects. As per sources, the new race is going to be a fun filled super-mix of Protoss and Zerg. It’s still not sure if Kerigan’s are going to be a mix of Zerg-Protess or the old mix of Zerg-terran. Don’t forget, we still have our loved ones the Xel’Naga. They were and are still going to be the fun to play and watch. You will also find two new units added to each race which are better placed and have specific purpose in the game.

Unlike many other games, Star Craft 2 has got most of the market due to its exceptional concept with cool looking graphics. You will not be disappointed with the new looks. There are some quality graphics found on many websites (copy-pasted though), but originally released by blizzard to promote the game even before it’s released. There are reports of exceptional and breath taking cinematic which are even better than the likes of the previous version.

Blizzard has even planned on shutting down its Star Craft II servers just to buy some time which is very much required in the preparation of its new versions launch. Asian market is still the biggest for blizzard and people still play a lot of Star Craft2 on television placing professional matches and competitions. So hopefully blizzards has considered and calculated the kind of loss it can bear before shutting down their revenue making game. None the less, the Korean developers are working hard day after day to get the job done and to prepare this superb game (yet to be tested by gamers).

Do you know Korea/china together are biggest makers of games in the world that involve blizzard as well because blizzard can’t stay away from the brilliant minds that these Asian countries have. Blizzard is going to launch StarCraft in Korea as per news and is expected to make a huge announcement along with its launch to target the worldwide audience.

The game is going to multi-player as usual and is getting developed for windows XP, Vista and MAC together with there dedicated team working hard to make this theme a reality. This game was studies and worked on since 2003 after the release of Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. We still don’t have a launch date yet but sooner or later this news will arrive. Still in beta stages, the game has major differences in new units, graphics, story and sounds effects. You will even find dragoons. Stay tuned for StarCraft II, a game which is going to bring back your interest in gaming!
